Morningside School Project

In May 2002 Prime Landscape Services built a double stream Aquascapes water feature for Morningside Elementary School Science and Horticulture Magnet Program.

The crew prepares the Bio-Falls filters for pvc plumbing.
Our foreman sets the Clean-sweep Skimmer in place for the pump.
The EPDM liner and Geo underlayment have been set in the sculpted stream beds.
Boulders and stones are being set for one of the Bio-falls.

Trailing and mounding plants such as this New Gold Lantana and Powis Castle Artemesia are great for softening the edges of a stream.
Kids are fascinated by the running water and aquatic plants.  In just one season this perennial garden has filled in wonderfully.
