Mowing and lawn maintenance
- We are no longer taking on new residential lawns
- Weekly or every other week basis only
- We do not offer one time or same day service
- Additional charges may apply for tall grass over 6" and for any clean up work outside of the standard mowing service, including leaf clean ups, bed cleaning, storm clean up, etc.
- It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the yard is prepared for mowing; our crews will exercise caution to avoid damages on your property, however we can not be held responsible for unseen hazards (objects concealed or obscured by tall grass or leaves, speaker cables or antenna wire run through flower beds or shrubs, etc.)
- Please communicate any schedule change requests or cancellation notices at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service day. Scheduling changes should be made through the office via email or telephone and not to the crew. If you have not cancelled your service in advance and the crew makes a trip to your property, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. A large part of your mowing price is just getting the crew out to your property, so we cannot make the trip for free; gas and labor is very expensive.
Fertilizer and weed control
- Lawn applications start at $55 per service for average sized lawns
- For best results we recommend staying on a regular treatment program
- Typical program includes 5-7 applications per year
Shrub trimming and miscellaneous yard work
- Trimming and other miscellaneous yard work is billed at our hourly rate of $38 per man hour ($114 per hour for a 3 man crew or $152 per hour for a 4 man crew)
- We typically run 1-3 weeks out on scheduling a detail crew so please don't wait until the last minute!
sprinkler system repairs
- Sprinkler system repairs are billed at $85 per man hour with a minimum charge of $85 for the service call plus materials
- Annual backflow inspections start at $85 per backflow device
Pond and Pool Services
- Keep your pond or pool crystal clear year round
- Annual pond clean outs available, contact us for an estimate
- Regular weekly services start at $35 for pools and $40 for ponds and water features
- Keep your pool free of leaves and algae, regulate pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels, and maintain the delicate ecosystem of your koi pond or water feature
